Public agencies, companies or private subjects, find in PROGECO a subject in a position to supply them a technical support of elevated quality in all the several planning phases and constructive ones:
- feasibility studies;
- preliminary planning and maximum executive/definitive planning;
- constructive planning direction of the jobs tests;

In reference to the energetic efficiency, a wide deepening has been dedicated to the energetic Certification of the manufactured ones, introduced from D.Lgs 192/2005 according to the European directive 2002/91/,that establishes criteria, conditions and modalities in order to improve the energetic performances of the manufactured ones in order to favor the development, the valorization and integration of renewable sources and energetic diversification.
PROGECO is predisposing all the sagacities and adaptations, in relation to the obligatoriness of the document of energetic certification, necessary to offer solutions, to interested,about certifyd energetic saving for new constructions, restructures, and studies for participations finalized to pass an already existing manufactured into one advanced class. The necessity to comply with the normative dispositions for the energetic management of the pieces of real estate, in order to reduce the consumptions and to assure standards of energetic rendering, will carry a change of relationships between customers and subjects involved in the realization of the jobs: enterprise, planner, director of jobs, operator of maintenance and control of installed systems.
